Currently on disability and or receiving disability benefits, then you are pre-qualified for CDS program.

Shamrock Consumer Care, LLC provides the following administrative services:

• Training on hiring and supervising attendants
  
• Application, background checks on all attendants
  
• Payroll and billing processing
  
• Help in completing all necessary forms
  
• Assistance in dealing with problems that may arise
  
• Applying for CDS services 
  

CDS

Personal Care Services

Attendants provide assistance with activities of daily living to help maintain or increase independence. Some of the services include:

• Dressing & Grooming
  
• Mobility & Transfers
  
• Personal hygiene
  
• Bowel and bladder elimination
  
• Preparation and consumption of food/drink
  Shopping/Transportation
  
• Bathing & Assist with toileting
  
• Housekeeping and other functions of daily living
